What’s On Your Mind?
It’s easy to fall into the usual groove when writing in your journal. Daily events can overshadow the thoughts that are really there simmering away, waiting for you to spill them out onto your page. So, instead of writing the usual things you do every day, open to a fresh page and just start writing what’s really on your mind. Don’t stop to censor these thoughts. Just write until you’ve gotten it all out. Reread your entry and then spend some time writing in response to these thoughts. I hope this entry gets you to break out of your usual writing rut.
