More Reasons to Write a Journal
Tonight while reading the follow up blog entry to this, I came across an entry linked to it; here. All three entries and comments are worth reading for the great reasons to keep a journal.
I suggest using the question Why Keep a Journal? as a journal writing prompt and see where it takes you. I think you might learn something about yourself just by writing your reasons down.
