Goodbye & Hello

I finished another journal yesterday. It made me a little nervous because those last few pages kind of snuck up on me and I didn’t realise I was so close to the end. So, I didn’t get a chance to go looking for one to put back into the cover I had on the last one. After a quick look around at the shops I ended up just grabbing one from my collection. Mum gave me a couple of simple spiral bound ones for Christmas, so I picked the purple & black striped one. I had a lovely afternoon over a long black coffee while I went through my usual starting rituals to welcome this new journal.
