Today is Friday and that means it’s Freaky Friday. If you need to know more about this journal writing challenge please read the First Freaky Friday entry.
Spend some time today writing in your journal about some of the things you will never tell your mother. Imagine writing it all down as if telling her. Get it all off your chest. If you feel more comfortable write this entry as an unsent letter.
Put this entry away and make sure to reread it in about one month. Write another entry on how you’d feel about revealing these things to your mother at that time.
