After reading this news story I began to wonder how Christmas was 100 years ago right where I live now. Take some time to write about traditions, Christmas or non-Christmas, and how they have remained the same or have altered and adapted over time. Imagine you are writing an entry for today 1906. What activities are you involved in? What expectations have you for the gifts you will receive/give? Compare these thoughts and ideas with how you feel about your activities and gifts in this time.
