There’s often a lot of talk about making sea change decisions. Here’s one online definition. In Australia, the drama TV series Sea Change was popular while it aired. And now there is even a series titled The Real Sea Change. This series is about people who have made sea changes.
Today spend some time in your journal identifying the sea change you would like to make. Then go one step further and write as if you had made that change. Write about living in the country, starting that bed-and-breakfast, travelling around the country or whatever that dream may be. Write as if you’ve been living this sea change for some time. What are the good things? What are the bad? Delve into this and see if perhaps you should make these changes real.
