Today I want you to think about all those annoying people who must interact with in your daily lives. These people might be someone you work with, catch the bus with, attend school with, or live with every day. I don’t mean people who are just a little annoying. I want you to think about the ones who have a special knack for really getting under your skin.
Pick one of these people and slip into their shoes just for this journal entry. Try to see life from their point of view. Try to understand what motivates them to be the way they are. This is also an exercise in becoming more compassionate and empathetic towards others. I hope you enjoy this journal writing prompt.
