A Cheer for Those Doing NaNoWriMo
Ok, tonight I’m exhausted. I’ve had one of those days and can hardly think a straight thought. So, I figured I’d just send out a cheer to those who are already three days into the NaNoWriMo challenge. I hope they’re giving their writer’s journals a work out. And if you’re visiting the website make sure you check out the total collective word count. I’ll be keeping my eye on that over the month of November. Those writers are chalking up a lot of words between them.

Phew, no journaling in the last three days, as I hit my limit writing for NaNoWriMo! Thanks for the good wishes Heather. I think that I’m as tired as you describe and am going to get some shut-eye; after all, I’ve reached my word count for the day :)

Hi Olivia,
I think you’re excused from regular journal writing, especially if you’re still doing all your other daily things, if you know what I mean. Good on ya. You’ll get there. ;-)

I wish I had some help with my other daily things—a valet, a home manager, a gardener, a handyman, and an attendant for my husband!! Then I could just sit and write all day long :) Just joking Heather…thanks!

Yay, thanks for the chering on us, it’s my first time and I think I’m enjoying myself… soon! :-)
I’m keeping another document on my computer where I write a kind of nano-log about what time it is when I start writing, ideas I come up with for later and word count for each day! It helps to switch to that and babble on how I feel writing. :-)

Hi Olivia,
Yeah, we can only dream. Maybe one day we can have those things. Lol. ;-)

Hi Hanna,
Good on you for doing the challenge. I kept a special journal for writing in before I wrote and after I wrote my daily sessions. I learnt a lot just doing that. I think you’ll find it a terrific resource for your novel. ;-)
