Moby

Entertainer and musician Moby also keeps a blog. After a pretty thorough read of a few pages I couldn’t establish whether Moby is a paper journal writer or not. It wouldn’t surprise me, though. His blog makes quite entertaining reading. You may have something to write in your journal about after reading some of his […]

Creative Thinking Prompts

Some time ago I read a really interesting book - How to Think Like Leonardo da Vinci: Seven Steps to Genius Every Day. While I’d love to say I finished reading it, the book contained some excellent journal writing prompts. It might be time to get this book out from the library again.

For […]

Students at Lauren Hill High School were encouraged to collect together favourite journal entries for a new book released today. You Don’t Know Me is a collaboration of some 100 entries made by the group of mostly 14 year olds at the school. The book is illustrated and celebrates the freedom of expression found in […]

Soul Food AdventURE Calendar Update

Just to let you know, in case you don’t already, that Heather Blakey’s AdventURE Calendar for this year will be a little slow with the dates. Heather’s husband is very ill and, understandably, her attention needs to be on him. Although I’ve since heard he is recovering well, so look for the updates on each […]
